Tomorrow (Monday 6th November) should see a first type visit to Lasham of an A320 Airbus in the shape of British Airways G-BUSD.
This follows recent first type visits by An26, Swearingen Metroliner and B767-200 within the last few weeks/months.

It could well be if it lands, the weather forecast isn't too good.

G-BUSF awaits the same fate but not until early next year, both bought by AJW.

AJ Walters. All I know is that they have a chalet at the Air Show and fly all their young girlies in by helipad (And we make them park nr the tower so they are within binocular range!!!)

AJ Walters are a spares stockist. They have acquired the aircraft to strip it of its useful component parts to support their ongoing support contracts or to enable them to sell parts as required for emergency (AOG) situations.

It would be interesting to know the total number of hours and cycles on this airframe, if anyone has access to such info.
