what flies at FL610 and 90 kts over London?

On Thursday evening there were several things on FR24 between FL410 and FL610, speed 50-90 kts. They appeared to have come from Bedford, and got as far as Woking before I stopped watching. Some of the hex codes were 1a2f71, 8a6f71, c80d2e. Maybe weather balloons?
