Noticed today is a new pub called 'the Gloster' situated behind the BMW garage and fast, not had a good look
Yet but think there is a garden, or seats anyway out front which look
Like a good place for 24 arrivals

Jeff, my son lives close by on the other side of the traffic lights and I remember him saying there was a Hungry Horse down in that area.

Went for a pint at the Gloster on Friday night, they seem to have one or two models dotted arround the inside, friendly atmosphere although quite busy, outside there are about 10 tables and from here there is a view of the runway with departures viewable as they turn onto runway, nothing landed when I was there but Im pretty sure photos would be pretty good after abot 4pm in the summer as the sun will move round to the right side Until I can get a shot from the pub, as an example, this was taken last year no more that 20ft away from the tables in the pub  |
