’d prefer plane noise
RE Make A Difference – letter from Mr M of Church Crookham, (Letters, July 26), about the amount of plane noise. OH, Mr M====, where do I start? How would you like to swap homes with me? Give me low-flying planes any day. Piece of cake compared to what life is like where I have to live. How do you fancy living where: The dysfunctional families are the majority and no longer the minority. Feral kids rule the roost, urinate in the street, scream and shout from morning till night, drop litter constantly, spit, swear, have parents who have lost control and who think positive parenting means kicking the kids out and shutting the door. Neighbours argue and fight in the street and use the F word all the time. Underage drinkers regularly cause anti-social behaviour. Barking dogs are ignored by their owners. The list is endless. I would swap my existence here for the poor quality of life that you have tomorrow. Name and address withheld
