Yes but one of the objections was the noise and it made sitting in gardens impossible not At FAB But BISLY Therefore life as we know in FAB cannot exist due to noise and hardly the place to build a Large Nursing home full of very sick people. given the position on the map Less than half a mile from Runway . and same can be said for Accidents. As was said by locals there scared stiff as its bound to happen .

I see that the centrifuge is marked on the Master Plan, so you may well be right. Maybe they'll turn it into a merry-go-round for the kiddies? Traffic getting out of the Aerospace Centre was bad last night, thanks to the lane restrictions where Govt House Rd meets Queens Roundabout. I hear we are due to get a set of traffic lights at the entrance to the new development, once they have reduced the height of the hill. Keith.

The land at Queensgate where all the piles of rubble are, used to be a hostel.

Modern Biz Jets are hardly noisy, whereas Chinooks are flippiin evil! I know what you mean there. Is it me or are the Chinooks noisier in windy weather. Hard to imagine that it's only the rotor blades that make the racket, but it is. The actual engines are pretty quiet!
