Just been walking home from Hook station and noticed what was a pair of either Sea Kings or Commandos heading east over Odiham area.
(This post is also serving as a test for me to see if I can post to the messageboard using my company Blackberry thingy!)

Wildcat registrations, from other lists (MSF & NHT - FAB)
"" arrived from the west, and departed in the same direction at 12.15. They were ZE378 and XZ651, both equipped with mini-guns in the door.""
and in a later posting
This afternoon 'Wildcat 1' (a Lynx AH7) departed from RAF Northolt and went northbound, and was last heard working Luton inbound to Wethersfield.
This evening 'Wildcat 2' has been operating in/out of RAF Uxbridge, including at least one trip up to Battersea Heliport in central London.
