9.00 - 19.15, 35 Mins recorded, reception quite bad today Gauntlet 66 arr, Chinook from Boscombe) stayed all day, seemed to be playing with everything he could on the airfield,on dept said to tower, see you tomorrow! is this an ever elusive HC3 Whittam or Wycombe 14 arr, parked slot 15, tower advised a Chinook of a "Tutor" taxiing, assume the same. Whittam/Wycombe 14 dept, tower advised a Chinook to hold off till the "Cheetah" had was airborne!!! not assuming nothing thistime Vortex 447 dept late afternoon possibly dusk as tower asked if he needed lights

Saw a Chinook at Boscombe on Mar 20th. on the Heli. flight line couldn`t tell if it was an HC3 didn`t fly during my time there but appeared that it could.

Only 2 Chinooks ae flying with ATE / RWTS at Boscombe ZH896 HC.2A ZH898 HC.3
The other HC.3`s 897,899,900-903 are in T.3 Hanger
HC.2A has the Aerial Refueling Probe {not all the time} is In Dark Green Camo , 898 has many probes & boxes in the Nose area there are many photo`s on the net of both & the differance can be seen
