My good friend is on standby to fly one down if required on Monday having handed his uniform over after his last flight back to the UK on Sunday.

He is a senior captain and a trainer, but taking time off for the first time since he started flying. BA were going to take the aircraft and crew to Gatwick, they then decided not to!

I'm told they are local time departures - expected flight time of approx 35 minutes to Lasham, with first arrival approximately 12:00 local.

G-TOYK is just preparing to depart from EMA.
For info G-TOYD and G-TOYI have both departed Birmingham for Norwich.

BMIPK1 (G-TOYTK) currently lining up at East Midlands, looking like a 20m late departure.
Edit - In the air 11:45
