XL Airways first B737-900 G-XLAP is due into Lasham on delivery from Seattle towards the end of next week. Will advise times when confirmed.

Latest information regarding the XL B737-900 is that it is due to leave Seattle at 2200Z this evening although there is one potentially significant technicality to overcome. If it departs on schedule it should arrive at Lasham at approximately 0850Z (0950 Local) on Saturday morning.

G-XLAP has been delayed and won't be arriving in the UK until Tuesday at the earliesrt now
Might save someone a wasted trip

Latest update is that G-XLAP should arrive at approx 0700 local time on Wednesday 14th May subject to certification issues being resolved tomorrow.

Further XL movements this week include C-FEAG (G-XLAG) due early afternoon Wednesday 14th May and N732MA (ex Miami Air) to become G-OXLD due early afternoon Friday 16th May. C-FEAG will arrive in Sunwing colours and will be re-registered back to G-XLAG during its visit. N732MA will arrive in Miami Air livery and will have limited decal changes to remove Miami Air titles,registration and application of small decals to indicate that the aircraft is operated by XL Airways

Some shots taken on a very overcast 16th May: Sunwing 737-800 C-FEAG in the hangar. Now G-XLAG with XL Airways. XL Airways 737-900 due to depart to MAN that day. Miami Air 737-800 N932MA arriving from across the pond. Miami Air 737-800 N932MA. Now G-OXLD with XL Airways Cheers Alan

The next XL B737-900 G-XLAR is due to arrive at Lasham at approx 0800 on Saturday 31st May and will depart on Tuesday evening 3rd June. It should be hangared on Saturday, Sunday and most of Monday.
