A Norwegian 737 departed just before dusk this evening and light up the skies above Alton. Marvelous!

Is there a 'Group' which regularly (possibly daily assuming movements) posts arrivals and departures for Lasham, obviously after they have occurred?

LN-KKD was an unexpected arrival. Should have departed this morning after a quick overnight visit.

Many of Lasham's movements appear on the Farnborough list, but by no means all of them. As far as I am aware there is no official daily movements list.

I for one am always interested in what happens at Lasham, and what other people see there. Unfortunately since the barriers were put in some time ago, its a long way for me to drive up from the 'Holy City' to spend just a couple of minutes peering over the two gates. So I don't visit very much now, (In the old days, sadly never to return), I used to go just inside the gate, and park on the grass out of the way and view in comfort. Occasionally others were doing the same. So your news and efforts are appreciated by some of us.

Stoneleigh, Might I suggest that you visit the Gliding Club. Visitors are welcome there and you may find that it is not too different to the old days to which you refer. Food is good and there is a viewing area.

Yes, there is a requirement for an ILS approach and go-around as part of the Norwegian Air Shuttle test flight procedure and until recently this had been performed at Bournemouth. I understand that Bournemouth are less accommodating now and so a request was made to Farnborough, which they have accepted on the last two or three occasions. The next planned test flight will be LN-KKR, probably on Friday this week, so it will be interesting to see if it happens again.
