Turned dictophone on at 9.30ish this morning, wenT to get it as I left for work at 17.45 and display screen was showing "low" I'm not sure if this means it was still recording or whether it stops recording when this lights up! batteries on charge over night and I 'll post what I've got at around 10am tomorrow, though I'm sure reggies will be provided by others beforehand

09.15 - ? 32 mins of recordings Highlights only Vortex 499, Circuits then cold refuel, dept to Cotswold later AAC 653, dept on nav ex to Dover and back AAC 247 dept to Lasham AAC 247 dept Lasham to Portland radar then back to tasking at Lasham, later dept to Middle Wallop Foxtrot 05, secure skwarking emergency Vortex 588, tower asked his ETA for display build up practise so the Fire crews could be in place. Foxtrot 02, skwarking emergency Vortex 525, display approved, tower advised pilot something white had fallen out the back door during display, tower was advised by Sqn Leader attending display (oops ) pilot said he was aware and was looking for it on ground. Pilot then reported a black rubbish bag on edge of runway, tower arranged for pick up but told pilot it was empty (assume this means it wasn't what initially fell out) nothing else heard on subject! I'm not sure if both 525 and 588 displayed or wether there was an aircraft change with just 525 being used. Nothing heard of the C130, so presume battery run out before he arrived
