I am told, but I cannot confirm it, that it's arrival due to the Goodwood Festival of Speed. I have no idea if it will display there.

Have again had it confirmed the Constellation will fly On the day, but this will be local flights for Breitling guests. From what I hear we should see this unusual sight in our sky's for a few days....quote] Hi, how local is local? I am in Brimpton. I wonder if she will come over as far as Greenham Common? Having never seen one fly, any updates on this would be very much appreciated. Cheers.

The chap down the road is going to Goodwood today, hopefully he will bring home a programme which should give display time for Connie tomorrow which hopefully can give us an idea of time for Odiham. Will try and post something this evening.
Edit: He is a member down there and had heard earlier in the year at one of the club meetings that it could well be doing a couple of circuits on the Saturday.

Nothing on the Goodwood site suggesting the Connnie will go there.

Got excited just now by the spectre of a Polish helicopter flying from Odiham. Some base erk has however mis-coded the box with Polish Mode S code 48C5FA instead of 43C5FA. Its ZH903 really, before it excites anyone else.

Torn this year whether to go up for a looksie or not. If the Connie was a definite then that would seal things, but as it stands at the moment it looks like it's all going to be a bit far away from the field this year

From my colleague who went to Goodwood yesterday there was no indication that a Connie will be around down there today.

Keep trying to post but it doesn't show up!
My latest info is station commander refused permission on an operational basis. Not many places to put it that won't interfere with a week's normal flying ops. Apologies if that's upset anyone, have just tried to keep people informed as I hear it. The 1230 arrival time I had no knowledge of so maybe someone else knows different. The families day website linked to in this thread is not official. They rely on people like us for info.
I have seen a Merlin and Apache arrive this morning.
