Hi folks, As my first posting on here, I want to resolve a question which has been bugging me for sometime. In the 1980s, I visited a Farnborough Air Show with my father and a couple of friends. Due to the inclement weather, we decided to watch part of the flying display from our large transit van. I remember seeing the Dornier 228 doing its demonstration flight, and I'm convinced that it actually pulled up and over into a loop. Can anybody confirm this, or am I suffering from delusions!

strangely enough i believe this did Happen i just cant remember the year. Google search found nothing we have had a few strange occurences over the years .expect somone will remind us

Dont recall that, but I took a photo of an AN72 inverted!! I thnink that was about 1982.

The biggest thing I saw turn tricks was a Fiat G222. I think I saw it at a RIAT show.

The dutch were clever doing seeminly very dangerous stunts with their F27's using just one engine. Last time I saw this was at Greenham Common. They used to trail smoke the the exhausts as well. Ah...happy days...
